We understand that purchasing a one-of-a-kind gown online can feel like a big leap — especially when it’s non-returnable. That’s why we offer a 24-hour Try-On Window for select one-of-a-kind gowns:

• You’ll have 24 hours from the time of delivery to try the gown on at home.
• If it’s not the one, simply notify us within 24 hours and ship it back the next business day.
• Once the gown is returned in its original condition, you’ll receive a full refund, minus shipping and Shopify transaction costs.

Please note:

– Gowns must be unworn (aside from trying on), unaltered, and free of damage or scent.

– This policy applies only to one-of-a-kind gowns marked eligible.

– Late returns may be subject to a restocking fee or become ineligible for refund.
