Ready to Wear Bridal gowns are final sale but can be exchanged for another size or style within 20 days of receiving your order. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging, with all tags still attached, and in the same condition as when they were delivered. We inspect all returned items upon arrival, and a non-refundable restocking fee of $200 will apply. Please cross reference your size with our measuring guide (linked).

Made to order items

Wedding dresses and bridal veils are made to order in our Phoenix Studio to your size, length and color specifications, therefore we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

Cleo Phoenix cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages.
